Program Overview

We believe that global learning is integral to building 21st century skills. The Teachers for Global Classrooms Program (TGC) is a professional development opportunity for teachers from the United States, with the goal of providing teachers with the skills and experience to promote global education in their classrooms and schools.

The TGC program provides teachers with:

• An online course that helps US teachers to integrate globalized learning objectives into their curriculum;

• A Global Education Symposium in Washington: click on this blog post below from a current fellow, Guido Gabrielli (Raleigh, NC), to read about his experience at the Symposium in February 2015.
